Feel free to browse the collection of tall tales, yarns and downright lies. They are all family safe - the test I apply is "would I tell this to someone's grandmother?" If no, I don't use it. (That doesn't mean i don't appreciate a dirty joke, but I don't think they're appropriate for broadcast on the radio - you never know who is listening or how old they are or what their attitudes to dirty jokes amounts to. )
There are more churches in Las Vegas than casinos. During Sunday services at the offering, some worshippers contribute casino chips as opposed to money.
Some are sharing winnings, some hoping to win.
Since they get chips from so many different casinos, and they are worth money, the Catholic churches are required to send all of the chips to the diocese for sorting.
Once sorted according to the respective casinos, one junior priest takes the chips and makes the rounds of the casinos, turning the chips into cash. He is known as................. the chip monk.
